How to Delete Your Account

Directly within the Qwe Care App:
Open the Qwe Care app → Go to the Profile tab → Tap Delete Account & Data. Your profile, diagnostic reports, and biomarker history will be purged immediately.

Via Email Request (Without App Installed):
Send an email from your registered Google account to support@qwe.care with the subject

"Account Deletion Request". Our team will verify and process your deletion within 48 hours.
What Data Is Deleted?
- Your profile identifier, Google user ID, name, and email address.
- All extracted biomarker metrics, history, and test dates.
- Any stored laboratory report documents or file references.
Data Retention Policy
Upon confirmation of deletion, your data is permanently removed from our active databases. We do not maintain lingering backups or sell archived medical data.
