By downloading, accessing, or using Qwe Care, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the application.
2. Description of Service
Qwe Care provides digital document parsing and visualization tools to assist users in organizing their laboratory blood test records and observing personal biomarker trends over time.
3. Pro Subscription
Qwe Care Pro is an annual subscription that renews automatically unless you cancel it. Your local price is shown in the app before purchase. Billing and cancellation are handled by the store where you subscribed: App Store subscriptions on Apple devices or Google Play subscriptions on Android. Deleting your Qwe Care account does not cancel a store subscription.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that documents and information you upload belong to you or that you have full authorization to manage them. You agree not to upload malicious files or attempt unauthorized access to our infrastructure.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qwe Care and its contributors shall not be liable for any health decisions, treatments, damages, or clinical actions taken based on information displayed within the application.
